We hope you love our products, but we understand that everyone is different and certain items may not be the right fit for you. We stand behind our products with a top-notch customer service team and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with a recent purchase, we want to make it right. Our team is happy to exchange the item for a product of equal value; if we cannot find a suitable replacement, we will issue a refund.

We cannot process refunds or returns for products purchased more than 30 days prior to the request date, or for products not purchased directly from Laird Superfood. We may require identifying information, such as proof of purchase or an order number.
Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify order details (including the shipping address) before submitting an order.

Please note that due to our rapid order processing, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted.

Additional shipping fees and original shipping costs may be non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns require prior approval from our customer service team.
