If your order status appears as “pending” or tracking information has not updated while in transit, please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the carrier to update the status. If there are no updates after 72 hours, please contact our team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold for free shipping, provided the delivery address is within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). For standard shipping orders within the contiguous United States, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after the order is placed.
For orders shipping to Canada, delivery takes 3–6 business days.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping; however, due to various issues encountered with international orders, all international sales are final and non-refundable.
